• Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

3. Payment Security & Stripe

• Secure Processing: All financial transactions are processed securely via Stripe. Donnachie Wear Ltd does not store, see, or have access to your full credit or debit card information.

• Verification: To prevent unauthorized use, all orders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

4. Shipping & Delivery Obligations

• Shipping: We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.

• Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Donnachie Wear Ltd are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

• Customs: For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Your use of our service is also governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

• Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the dispatch phase, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned following our return guidelines.
