If your purchase isn’t exactly what you envisioned, our comprehensive returns and exchanges policy is designed to protect your purchase while ensuring a fair process for all our patrons.
1. 30-Day Guarantee & Eligibility
In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges from the date of delivery. To ensure your return is processed without delay, please ensure the items meet the following “Brand-New” criteria:
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, sellable condition.
Tags: All Donnachie Wear swing tags and brand labels must remain securely attached.
Hygiene: Items must be free from makeup, tan marks, perfume, or any signs of domestic scents (e.g., smoke or pets).
2. Hygiene-Sensitive Items (Strict Policy)
To protect the health and safety of all our customers, we maintain a strict policy for certain apparel categories:
Lingerie & Swimwear: Returns are only accepted if the hygiene seal remains intact and untampered with.
Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry are Final Sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
3. The Professional Return Process
We pride ourselves on an organized logistics flow. To return an item:
Authorization: Email our dedicated support desk at payment@DonnachieWear.com. Please include your Order Number (#DW-XXXX) and a brief reason for the return.
RA Number: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24 hours.
Secure Dispatch: Pack your items securely. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as Donnachie Wear Ltd is not responsible for items lost during the return transit.

4. Seamless Exchanges
We offer complimentary exchanges for different sizes of the same item (subject to inventory). If you require an exchange:
Mention the desired size in your initial email.
Once we receive your original item, we will ship the new size to you at no additional shipping cost (Limited to one exchange per order).
5. Refund Integrity & Timelines
We utilize Stripe’s secure infrastructure to process all financial reversals.
Inspection: Once your return arrives at our Lochgelly facility, please allow 2-3 business days for our quality control team to inspect the items.
Approval: Upon approval, a refund is immediately triggered to your original payment method.
Bank Processing: While we issue refunds instantly, banks and card issuers typically take 5-10 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.
6. Damaged or Faulty Goods
Quality is our signature. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact +44 7465249899 or email us within 48 hours. We will provide a pre-paid return label and prioritize a replacement or full refund including original shipping costs.
