Thank you for choosing Donnachie Wear Ltd. We take great pride in our logistics, ensuring that every piece of our female apparel is handled with care and delivered efficiently from our UK facility to your doorstep.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has been dispatched from our Lochgelly operations center.
Note: During high-volume periods (such as new collection launches or seasonal sales), processing may take up to 3 business days.
2. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)
We provide reliable, tracked shipping across the UK to ensure your garments arrive safely.
Standard Tracked Shipping: 3-5 business days.
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days.
Courier Partners: We primarily use Royal Mail and Evri for domestic deliveries.
3. International Shipping
We ship to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Europe: 5-10 business days.
Rest of World: 7-14 business days.
Courier Partners: International orders are typically handled by DHL or UPS for maximum reliability.

Transparency is key to our service.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website.
Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Donnachie Wear Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. Shipping Address & Redirects
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. For security and fraud prevention, we are often unable to redirect packages once they have left our facility at 38 Benarty Avenue.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee may apply.
8. Damages & Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at payment@DonnachieWear.com within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the packaging and the item.
In the rare event of a lost package (no tracking update for over 15 business days), we will initiate a claim with the courier and provide a replacement or refund as per your preference.
